Found the staff at the hotel to be very friendly and helpful. A very large comfortable lobiie as well as another large comfortable seating area near the bar. There is a hot and cold breakfast available in the dinning room or brought to your room and a mini-bar and tea in your room. It is centrally located being just around the corner from the two main Metro lines. Also lots of English TV stations for news and films. The rooms are very clean, warm and comfortable. Also important to me is the fast wi-fi in the room as lots of hotels boast of having wi-fi only to find out it doesn't work in the rooms but here it was perfect. I will definately be staying here again on my next visit to Lisbon.

The aircon machine blowed directly on face so that was not comfortable, otherwise really nice, clean, simple hotel close to the underground station from where easy access to city center.

Hotel is getting older (could use a little modernization but clean. Breakfast buffet - good. Staff - helpful and friendly. Location - very good, walking distance to Marques Pombal and metro stations. About 1km from centre of city.
