ok , quiet and the location right on the beach, some difficulty to find the entrance.

Room fine although could do with some chairs as we sat on the bed to watch t.v. etc. They have about four english speaking tv channels but if there is any wind or rain you loose the reception which is a bit frustrating. Views of the sea and hiils from hotel room balcony are awesome. Food at hotel is very appetising but there are eating places close by which are cheaper. I would recommend this hotel.

service and table clearing could be improved in the resturant. quality of towels for both the bathroom and the pool area very poor. Excellent location right on the lovely beach..with a very good selection excellent resturants in la calla village. spacious bedroom and bathroom with super sea view.

I was very impressed by the high standard of the personnel. Very helpfull, friendly and speaking multiple languages (which is very unusual in Spain). What was very upsetting is the noise! The building is not isolated at all. you could hear your neighbour snor, go to the toilet or hear him taking a shower. And the worst was the music in the bar every night which went on untill 12 or 1 in the evening, which I do not mind! if it wasn't that you could hear it load and clear into the room on the second floor.

Staff very friendly and always try to be as helpful as possible. They have a laundry and ironing service which is great value and very very handy. Would have preferred if a small fridge or cooler was available in the room but vending machines available for chilled drinks should you get thirsty during the night. Breakfast buffet excellent and caters for every taste possible. Room overlooked a dried river bed which was a little off putting but if you don't mind frogs croaking you to sleep every night it really didn't take away from the rest of the view which is pure sand and sea. Would be extra nice with a small gym. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you want a complete chill out holiday.
