UR Palacio Avenida Hotel Mallorca Island Guest Reviews (6)
This hotel was chosen for its overall design and by the design / comfort that the rooms promised and fulfilled. During 5 days, we wanted the UR Palacio Avenida Hotel Mallorca to be our base for exploring the island, both beaches (the beach of Ses Covetes is the best!), as the main attractions (cathedral of Palma, Cabo Formentor, Valldemossa, Alcúdia ...). We became fans of the lobby, as well as the gorgeous bed and spacious bedroom... The bathroom was incredibly white and comfortable! We have not found the staff particularly friendly and we never feel unique - the hotel's motto is: "because you are unique", perhaps because it seemed to be more directed to business. However, is a hotel that we recommend!

Lovely hotel to stay a couple of nights in. Excellent people & good service as well. Great location to be in. Definitely recommended.

Very warm welcome and good assistance from staff, before and during stay, full board was booked and dinner moved to alternative hotel as this hotel was hosting owners sons wedding. There was heavy mold on the bathroom ceiling, and round some of the fittings which was a great shame. I doubt if I would return which is a pity as the staff made us more than welcome

An excellent hotel at a very good price. The rooms are large and the facilities are impressive. A good urban location central to transport routes.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great rooms with good facilities although the hand held shower head is a pain.
