Very friendly and prompt staff. Good pool facilities, clean showers and sauna. Rooms always clean although they could do with a refurbishment. Also it would be corteous to inform residents that there is a charge for the use of bathrobes of 13.5 Euros. Also good breakfast.

For being a four star hotel we expected something better. The garden is very small. Only the zones you see at first sight have been renovated (reception, restaurant, breakfast room, reception of spa area), the rest was old and partly neglected. Other hotels of the same category and a comparable price have without doubt a higher standard.
