Getting there

The best route into Weston, Florida, is to drive on Interstate-75. This stretches east to west across most of southern Florida, and slithers through the Everglades. For the best views, take this route, though you may encounter traffic. Be aware that a part of this scenic journey, called ‘Alligator Alley’, is a toll road. Be prepared to pay a small amount if you choose this road. Another alternative route to take follows through the city on the 869, which connects to the 93 at the Port Everglades intersection. If you plan to spend more time in the city, this may be the best way to go. Finally, if you are flying in from another location, land at Fort Lauderdale Airport. It is a more direct route to Weston than landing in Miami or another city.
