Getting There

Johnson Space Center is situated at 1601 NASA Parkway, about 25 miles south of the downtown Houston area. The Space Center Houston is open seven days a week (opening and closing times vary depending on the season and month). The centre is easily accessible by car or public transportation. You can use the city’s Metrobus or Metrorail system (both are easy to take from the downtown area). If driving from Houston, take I-45 south, exit at 24 NASA Road 1, and continue to the Space Center Houston. There are also several hotels in the area of the centre.
