Davis Climate
The summers are hot and dry with average highs between 90°F (32°C) and 100°F (38°C). Winters are mild and wet with average temperatures of 50°F (10°C) and heavy fog known as “Tule Fog”. Annual rainfall averages 19 inches (483 mm), with the majority falling November through March.
Getting There & Around
Visitors fly into the Sacramento International Airport, which is only 15 minutes away. From the airport, visitors can rent a vehicle and drive in or take a ride on YoloBus or Davis Airporter.
Once in Davis, visitors are encouraged to ride a pedicab, rent a bicycle or walk to tour the city. In addition, the Unitrans Bus takes visitors around town for a small fare.
