If you are travelling by air and coming from outside the US, take an international flight to the Dulles International Airport. From there, take a Virginia Regional Transit Shuttle travelling to Chantilly. If there are no shuttles available, take a bus or train travelling to the city.

Although there are shuttles, buses and taxis travelling around Chantilly, the recommended mode of transportation for tourists is by car. There are car rental services around the city, although you may need to have an international license if you are a foreigner.
