Ipswich Climate
Ipswich has even amounts of precipitation throughout the year, and temperatures that do not fluctuate much. Winters are cold and summers are cool with low sunshine totals. During the warmest month, July, the average is about 23ºC, and from December through February, the temperatures range between 2ºC and 8ºC.
Getting There & Around
The town is about an hour from Stansted Airport, and is reached by rental car, rail or buses. This locale can be found on the Great Eastern Main Line from London to Norwich, as well as the East Suffolk Line to Lowestoft. These lines run to and from the stations of the town and Derby Road.
Getting around town is best with either rental cars or buses with Ipswich Buses and First Eastern Counties.
