the only good thing about this hotel is it's near milan central station,and the roome is spacious.bed is small and uncomfortable,staff is not friendly,breakfast did not look fresh.

biggest rooms ever for any hotel i ever stayed in. great for friends sharing as you could divide the room into two seperate appartments. Nice b'fast buffet. gret location for central station and subway to city centre.

The staff member on duty on arrival was very unfriendla and unwelcoming, however all staff were wonderful. Hotel is well situated, breakfast was most satisfactory, restaurant food and staff also great.

This hotel is not new but the room is cleaned well. All the rooms are large, suit type. The staffs are kind. It takes only 4 minutes on foot from the central station. Tram No2 from teatro alla scala stops in front of the hotel. I like this hotel. I will stay here again.
