The website shows a renovated hotel. However, only the lobby and a few rooms are renovated. The remaining rooms are dirty, non air conditioned, and have no cable (as advertised). The service was horrible. They were really rude and could not recommend even ONE restaurant in the city. They claimed they only ate at home... but as a concierge is it not their job to be informed on restaurants and attractions of the city? Beyond this, the price was great and the location was great.

Cheap and pleasant stay in fantastic location in heart of Lisbon There is one problem rather short and squeaking beds.

Our first room was awful. We booked for a double but the bed was so short and made with single sheets, right next to the lift and the concertina door to bathroom was broken. We asked for a twin room the ext dy and the staff helpfully oblidged so we were happy. Will stay here again and will ask for twin beds istead.

The price and location were what brought me to Suico. Other aspects of the hotel were average at best. Breakfast (which was not asked about) was very good too. I recommend the hotel for those that will spend very very little time there. Great location and price.
