Location
Turi Beach Resort is situated at the northeast part of Batam Island. Conveniently accessible from Singapore, Nongsapura Ferry Terminal can be reached by car in few minutes.
Rooms
The 140 hotel rooms are beautifully designed and equipped with mini-bar, safety deposit box and coffee/tea maker. Balinese in style, cottages are set on the hillside with traditional teak thatched roofs. Each cottage has a balcony that provides a panoramic view of the sea and the Emerald pool.

Turi Beach Resort Batam Guest Reviews
Our stay for one day/night was a nice break in a lovely setting, but the attention to detail was definitely not in the service. Rooms although standard were towards shabby but clean. A lack of customer care should be looked at as a way to improve service. I think you could find better value for money elsewhere in Asia.

Good place for a short get-away, but the hotel needs to upgrade its facilities. Especially by the poolside. The deck chairs and the cushions are falling apart and towels provided are often not enough for the guests. Hopefully after the new wing is completed, they will upgrade the pool facilities as well.

My first impression of Turi when i first check-in was the breath-taking surrounding. Though Singapore was 35 mins away from Turi but we felt like we are in Bali with the cottage look alike unit and the sea infront of us was very calm and soothing. The staff was great and friendly. We really enjoy ourselves although it was just a short stay. I recommended to all the people i know & some of them even get to stay there themselves and they always came back with the same impression as mine.
