very clean compare to others around Georgetown, enjoyed the massage on 1st floor, they come to your room on your request, in and out of hotel without any one asking you, next door New World coffee and food place is great, there is a soya bean drink and snack store as well as a cooling herbal drink store opposite, 10mins walk to Penang road and Komtar bus station, final word, value for money hotel.

Tune Hotel has built its reputation for providing inexpensive accomodations in good locations. This hotel did not disappoint. A friendly staff and a location near the free shuttle in this UNESCO city made it a great stop on my journey.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It is located along a major thoroughfare, there are many places to see and eat in within walking distance. The base price basically includes a bed, a bathroom and a fan. Everything else is an add-on: air conditioning, TV, etc. The room is small but comfy, and the showers have hot water. I'd stay here again.
