Location
30 minutes from Central Station, the Tulip Inn is out of the hustle and bustle of downtown centre, yet still within close reach to all of the sites that you will want to see, such as the Anne Frank House and the Van Gogh Museum.

Rooms are spacious (the largest rooms in a 3 star hotel in Amsterdam!), and include telephone, desk, free internet, minibar, iron and ironing board, safe large enough to hold a laptop, and air conditioning. There are double, triple, and family rooms available.

hotel was good value for money i had a family room which was a good size and perfectly adequate for our needs but could do with a bit of updating, on my stay i decided to use the gym which seemed to be well equipped unfortunatly a lot of the equiptment didn't work. whats the point in having thousands of pounds worth of gym equiptment but not replacing £3 worth of batteries so they can be used. overall good hotel

Difficult to reach by public transport. Reception not very friendly, probably linked to receptionist.

It´s an old building, nevertheless the facilities are good, on the outskirts of Amsterdamin the middle of middle class houses. It will take you at least 30 minutes to get to the city centre. Restaurant is ok, but don´t take the onion soup it´s a tomato soup with onions. Anyway it´s good quality for it´s price though with it´s limitations.

This is your choice when looking for value at fair price. While located away from the centre, access to the City is excellent via trams, daily passes make it even a very cheap transportation there. We enjoeyd our stay there and following advice of the staff at the hotel, what to see and how to get there.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. Ten minute walk from the bus. Staff was very helpful. They even drew me a map to find the sites!
