Very good central location to see the city on foot – Two Starbucks nearby, for morning coffee - Rooms good and clean Underground car park just round the corner but expensive, although the hotel gives a 30% discount on parking

This was a good basic hotel; rooms were very clean and excellent value for money. Staff on the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was in a very good location for sightseeing. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

The walls iin the lobby and room were dirty, however, the bathroom was clean. There was not one chair nor table in a very small room. The lift was barely big enough to carry two people and two suitcases. Some of the staff were helpful, but some were not. Location was good, close to all attractions. The dirtiness of the walls in the lobby and the room made it most uninviting.

Great location on Gran Via very cloe to a metro stop. Hotel lobby is very shabby and gives a poor impression. Room reasonable size but no tea/coffee and internet on 1st floor only. Bathroom not cleaned properly. There is no thermostat on the shower which means a constant risk of being scalded by the very hot water.
