I could not make the trip due to a change in meeting schedules. This internet agency refuses to cancel any of the charges - Real travel agents can do this easily. I will very likely stay at this hotel when I return to SP, however, not book thru Orb. Its is too expensive, as the owner of a small business, to have zero schedule flexibilty - same for my air fare which was booked thru Orb (at a high fare anyway). I will avoid Orb in the future as I have wasted over $1200 non transferrable! You are no friend to small businesses. I see how you make money now.

I have stayed here several times. The staff is exemplary - from the Front Desk team, to the Bell Service, to the Waiters in the restaurant - they are always friendly, accomodating (particularly with my poor Portuguese!) - and could not have been better hosts. Location of the hotel, if your businees takes you to the Brooklin area of Sao Paulo is excellent.
