The hotel was not very clean. The rooms were noisy and the thermostat didn't really work. The bed reminded me of a pull out couch mattress. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room, telephone in room not working, said they would put it right but did not. Room size good, friendly staff, would go again.

Reservation was made very easy and so was the first payment. The hotel is clean, nice and the service was very friendly. The hotel is located right off center of the city, which is very comfortable. About 10 minutes walk from the main shopping street "La Rambla". There is a subway station right next to it and it very accessible by public tansport. If you have a car - you have a parking problem. this is a general comment for anywhere in Barcelona (and other main cities in north/east of Spain)

The location and service of this hotel were good and it is within minutes walk of the City centre. Breakfast selection was varied and sufficient. Would recommend this hotel and have no hesitation in staying there again
