Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago Guest Reviews
We visit Chicago on a regular basis. This was our first experience at Trump International. We felt so spoiled. They do not overlook one detail. We enjoyed the nightly turn down service that included a box of chocolates and bottles of water. We also ordered the breakfast room service, and it was fantastic and very timely. It will be hard for us to stay anywhere else! we would highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel. Modern, clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Location just off Michigan Avenue is perfect- close to shopping, restaurants and all the action. Didn't get an opportunity to use the Spa, but the room, restaraunt and bar were all first class. It is not the most economical hotel, but I plan to stay there on my next trip to Chicago.

My wife and I were looking for a quick trip into the city for a massage and dinner at Moto. We decided to splurge on the Trump because of its location and 5-stars. The hotel is impressive and polished no doubt. The spa is OK - kinda sprawling and somewhat less equipped than a Vegas brand. We both found the massages to be quite a bit lesser in quality than a Ritz or Vegas offering. Overall the place is nice with high standards, super clean facilities, and superb location. With that said it is overpriced and at least a half notch below Ritz-Carlton standards.

The check-in experience was outstanding. THAT was personal service. The Bose stereo welcomed us to the room by softly playing music. A small box of chocolates was on the bed. Impeccable! Nice robes and a great view from the windows, too. Super comfortable bed and pillows and HDTV with HD service. The room was opulent without being pretentious. When we returned to the room after dinner, turndown had removed the decorative cushions from the bed and placed them on the sofa. Again, the Bose had been switched on. The TV was turned on and displayed an aquarium screen saver with swimming fish. Nice details! Trump had set very high expectations, indeed. After returning from dinner the next night, the stereo and TV were...not on. The cushions were still on the bed. There was no turndown service the second night of our stay. After being so impressed by first impressions and the treatment on our first night, we were sorely disappointed on the second night. Still...a great experience.

The Hotel was great!! Great service and room! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Good location as well about 5 blocks from most attractions and within a block or two of fine restaurants. Only negitive I can say is I booked a double room (2 beds) and was given one with only a king bed.
