Trump International Hotel Las Vegas
4 out of 5

This was a beautiful hotel, wonderfully located right across the street from the Fashion Show mall. I would recommend this to anyone who was interested in staying at a non-gaming hotel. Staff was courteous and very friendly, rooms were light and spacious, bathroom was to die for and room service was fabulous - delicious food. I deducted one star for the semi-bogus $20 "resort fee" charge that you get added to your bill for each day you stay, but other than that, it was really wonderful.

Had an amazing time! Traveled without my significant other so a safe location and attentive staff were very important to me. The service was excellent and the decor is fabulous. If you are looking for an upscale, classy, non-casino based hotel on the strip, look no further than the Trump. You won't be disappointed.

Overall the hotel is really nice but demands money for small things like accessing business center, printing of maps or directions, valet parking etc. if you order anything at room 18% gratuity is added along with $3 delivery charges and taxes. Bar gets closed at 11:30 pm which is too early compared to Vegas standards. Some staff members have attitude problem too. I would suggest renting a car as it is bit away from the strip and shuttle service is just upto Ceaser Palace and Wynn. On the positive side it is a smoke free and casino free environment and I felt it's really a good hotel for family with kids.

The staff could not have been nicer, no matter the time of day or night. It was easy to reach without driving on the strip and just across the street from the fashion mall, where we could get our starbucks in the morning. It felt like a bit of normalcy after we had our fill of the casino noise. Definitely plan to stay again.

This is a great destination for those that want all the best Las Vegas has to offer but that may want to get away from all that excitment at times during their stay. You can have a lovely room with great amenities and service without the constant din of activity that some of the larger resorts on or near the strip have. The service is good because you are a valued guest, not because the staff wants you to spend more in their casino, there isn't one on-site. Have your fun just a short walk to the heart of the strip and return to your own private santuary when you are in need of a break.

I appreciated the attention to details; staff walking you to the elevator; no gaming in the lobby; no smoking; and the general atmosphere. The jet tub felt great after the race- room service was quick!

When arrived told I had reserved 4 rooms when in fact I had only reserved 2 rooms. Told me I had to resolve that with travel group. Was on the phone three different times and transfered at least 3 times to talk to someone to "resolve" the issue. Last time I was on for at least 15 minutes on hold and finally lost the connection. Didn't try back again. Also hotel WiFi and cell phone connections were very weak. Overall dissapointing. Sorry! According to your "writing guidelines" it sounds like you don't want to hear about any of the negative things! Just look at them - how are you going to get better if you don't hear the negatives?

The in-room kitchen is pretty cool. Only problem is that most people would never actually spend the time to actually cook there. They provide pots and pans as well as dinnerware. However I found my room heavily understocked on silverware, plates, and bowls. My TV inside the mirror never worked. My room was missing robes as well as the slippers. The shower temperature was never consistent. Although aside from these minor things, the bed was extremely comfortable (loud creaking noises when you move/turn) and the hotel staff was nice. I enjoyed the in-room jacuzzi with the bed. That's about it.

upon check in there was confusion. We reserved 1 suite and they had 2 rooms reserved. We got in at 2am were tired and our room was not made up. We were booked for a week and only 1 night did they have enough linens for the 3 of us. This is after speaking to management. Our resort fees were waived, but I would have been happy to pay the fee and recieved the service. The towels we did recieve were soiled and had holes in them. I still think we were punked. would not recommend this hotel to my best enemy.

The Trump has a wonderful location looking right down the stip. It is across the street from Nordstroms (Fashion Show Mall) and a short walk (or free shuttle ride) to other casinos on the strip. We were on the 59th floor. The room was beautiful, with a kitchen, plenty of storage, great bathroom and incredible view. Internet is included. Valet parking is included. There was NO CIGARETTE SMOKE anywhere in the hotel, which is rare in Las Vegas. The pool is open year round. We had great breakfasts at the restaurant. Our only complaint was with the business center, which was pretty stark. The front desk staff faxed something for us without charge however after we were unable to get the expensive fax in the business center to work . We would certainly recommend this hotel. Kids and pets welcomed.

the refrigerator was totally empty, no drinks, no snacks! NO Casino is avaibale at the hotel . It only has two restaurants! You can get definitely better services and amenities for the dollar value you pay at other 5 stars hotels around!

We were at Trump for 6 days and 5 nights and loved it. The service was great, staff friendly and helpful and the facility is absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is alittle ways from the strip but close enough.

Well, the hotel welcomes you with an extra $19.95 daily fee that is not include in the price you pay in Orbitz. And there's no way to avoid it because its the "right" to get all the amenities in the hotel... there is not choice, you have to pay it. The restaurant is not good, they took edges to serve our breakfast. The rest is nice, the room is neat, I love the bathroom, the view of the strip, the pillows and the furniture.

Our spacioius room was furnished with a refrigerator, cook top, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom was quire large with double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. A large seating area made our room very comfortable. Shuttle service to the Wynn and Forum Shops at Ceasar's provided conveneint transportation.
