Better than average facilities for its price range. Pleasant staff. Well furnished room - and not as small as many other hotel rooms in London. Would stay here again.

Room good, clean and nice (except for a rather stained carpet) with all the basics. Breakfast decent. Staff helpful - I needed to find some train times and they looked them up on the computer and gave me a printout. I'd certainly stay there again.

Basic continental breakfast and rather uncomfortable (hard) bed detracted from the attraction of this hotel's useful location near to Bayswater and Paddington

A nice little hotel near Paddington and Hyde Park. Well priced and slightly larger rooms than other hotels. Would definitely stay there again!

I have stayed in London on 5 trips and this is by far the best hotel that I have stayed at. The front desk staff was very pleasant. We had room 307 which was a twin, in the back and extremely quiet. The bathroom was a very adequate size, although, it had only a pedestal sink with no counter space. (not a big deal). The shower was wonderful. We had two closets that were about 3 feet each with 2 built in drawers. The beds were firm and very comfortable. There was a typical continental breakfast that included fresh rolls, cereal, hard boiled eggs, cheese, coffee, juice & hot chocolate. We were both very pleased with the Troy and would stay there again. Highly recommended.
