I never seen a worser wifi connection ever in any other hotel. inspite of several call they did not fixed

Great hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shops. They even have a 24 hour food shop. Lovely casino. The standard room was comfortable.

My husband and I have stayed at Tropicana numerous times and this visit was the worst. Front desk staff were rude and careless. Check in took forever although we were the only ones being checked in. At night on casino floor near men's room (next to poker room and guest elevators), my husband and few other guests were approached by a number of thugs. Security got them just in time and kicked out of the premise but it was shocking to find thugs on casino floor. I did not feel safe to enjoy the rest of the night. I strongly felt it was time for us to upgrade to a better hotel.

I took my dad for his birthday and we really just needed a place to crash. The room was mostly clean but not "in the corners" clean. I went to put clothes in the dresser and it looked pretty grimy. Overall, I still felt comfortable though. The hotel itself has plenty of places to eat and drink and some live music. The crowd was mixed but there were plenty of young people.
