Hotel room showed signs of neglect. 1 TV didn't have reception, ice machine on floor didn't work, the room had an odor, clothes line in bathroom was black (probably mold).

My one-night stay was OK. Although the room reqiuires an update I found it to be comfortable and conveniently located with easy access to the beach, downtown and high rise area. I would stay here again. Hopefully, the casino will be open by then.

It is a very peaceful place. Rooms have all what is needed and the most important: the kitchenette. That´s great for people who want to take care of themselves with their own health requirements and preferences. The location is quite far from Palm Beach restaurants and from the down town; so you expend more money in transportation.

The service at the front desk was horrible. There was only 1 person behind the desk at a time and we had to wait in line for over 20 minutes to ask a simple question and the personnel was not very friendly. They say it's a "hotel & casino" but there is no casino on the property. They give you a letter when you arrive to explain that they are in the "pre-rennovation" stages. Our bathtub looked like it was from the 70's and it had the name of the resort across the street on it. Overall the room was clean and the AC worked great.
