Excellent top rating hotel. Fantastic meals. Lovely breakfast selection. Only one small point. The doors to each room make a loud noise when closing. Woke us up several times. Suggest putting a sign on the inside each door stating: Please close door quietly between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Would still recommend the hotel to anyone, especially the meals.The rack rate is a bit expensive, but the "RatesToGo" rate was good value for money.

We have stayed here many times, and are welcomed like old friends, and the attentiveness of all staff cannot be bettered. If only they would/could ban cellphones from the restaurant!!

great looking place, large beds but definitely not very comfy! just 2 beds pushed together by the feel of it. dinner was great and fully recommend eating dinner here, however breakfast was let down by a luke warm flatwhite and the kitchen forgetting my eggs and the staff never even picked this up - ended up leaving and only having the normal aged buffet food. Check out would have to be one of the worst i have have had - management is to blame not only the staff as only having 1 persion at reception to cover phone calls and check outs is rediculous. with a queue of people waiting to check out and taking 30 minutes i was about to just walk out! - the queue was noticed by other staff staffed who just walked by leaving the sole reception person to do the best she could and apologising for teh wait. Could be so much more with a little attention from management!

Well appointed, comfortable, pleasant staff, beautiful outlook from harbour view rooms and restaurant. 10 minute walk from main restaurant/shopping area
