Paris is expensive for hotels, their 3 star is definitely 3 star, no frills attached. Room clean but decor a bit grotty. Location great, red light district - fine good walk to centre, good pubs and character in the place.

We did not have warm water, got a twin room when booked a dubble and reception was not the friendliest. Other than that the stay was satisfactory.
