Excellent customer service! I was only there for a night but the hotel was so lovely and staff were exceptionally friendly i wish i could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the facilities available. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Agra!!

After 24 days traveling Asia it was a pleasure to get to the Trident. The staff was great and the food. Buffet was wonderful!

The hotel is located about 10 mins from Taj. Good location although from the two rooms we occupied we could not view the Taj. Overall the stay was very comfortable, the staff courteous, and friendly. The Staff especially at the restaurant were very warm. Buffet dinner was good, although not much variety for children. When you come back from the heat the hotel is good place to relax.

A pleasant, clean, "proper" hotel which was a pleasure after a few tatty Indian style traditional hotels. Very pleasant grounds which are hidden behind hotel, with pond and herb gardens. Staff try very hard [but make it too obvious that they are after a tip]. Restaurant food of a high standard..after days of curries, the excellent steak was a pleasure! Several kilometres to the Taj [which is not visible]..either a brisk walk. or 50rupees in a tuk-tuk. Recommended.
