Tribeca Apart Hotel has excellent rooms - large, high ceilings. Can be a bit chilly in winter, but has air-conditioning/heating unit only in the bedroom. The kitchenette is equiped only with a sink and a microwave - no pots, pans, cutlery and not even a fridge (the minibar will just about serve as this if needed). However, breakfast provided is good, and you can ask for plates etc... to use in the room, though these are invariably cleared away by the maid and taken back when she cleans the room each day. Wifi throughout hotel, but often difficulty connecting. Location in the centre is excellent, and given this, the price is reasonable for Buenos Aires.

Hotel is well located and reasonable quiet considering the location in a narrow side street off the main Avenue. The room has a no coffee making facilities, a mirowave oven, but no microwave dishes crockery or cutlery, obviously as a ploy to use the minibar. The staff were a bit variable in helpfulness, but generally OK. Very clean, but it seems to have been a little while since the last makeover and it is now looking a bit tired.

This is a quiet oases in the center of BsAs, you are close to everything in the city! They have renewed the doorlocks, so now it a cardkey, new LCDs and the sundeck has trippel in size! The area around the hotel is safe but a little "shaby" but work has been done. A perfect hotel to stay at!

Really liked the hotel but not an apart hotel. There was a sink and a microwave but no cutlery, glasses, plates, cutlery etc. Reception were really friendly, could give good information on where to go and what to see.

Excellent location and reasonable price for that. While the rooms have a sink, microwave and a desk in a separate "sitting room", there are no facilities for washing, cooking or even making coffee, and the sitting room cannot really be used for meetings. They expect you to make use of the restaurant kitchen & hotel laundry service & order all requirements as extras, so it's not what I'd really call an apart hotel. Nevertheless a good standard, reasonable price for central Buenos Aires and helpful staff; all very clean and convenient for a short stay.

The rooms are quite spacious and the location of the hotel is close to an underground station (Lima). Most tourist sites are at walking distance. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. The area at first glance didn't look so good but it was fine. The rooms was very large, very clean and it was off an open walk way. Breakfasts were simple but good. Very good laundry just around the corner. Definate, would stay again.

Cleanliness was just an appearance, since floors were very dusty and there were hair balls around the room. People at front desk were extremely helpful and friendly, but tenders at the cafeteria were quite indiferent. Showers need to be refurbished, because water leaks out dramatically.

This waqs a pleasant surprise. The galleries round the central courtyard were very attractive and made for a most appealing feature. The room was spacious and the free internet access was a very civilised touch. I will certainly stay here again on my next trip.

Don´t be put off by the messy street. It is not pretty, but the location is very close to the Av. de 9 Julio (2 blocks) and 2 blocks to the Av. de Mayo. Very convienent to shopping and restaurants. Hotel is pretty clean. Rooms are large and good breakfast. Front desk speaks English and can easily arrange tours.

It's the best apart hôtel I had in south america, for the price and the quality of the service and the food. The close area of the center is perfect. It dosn't look like that from the outside, but we had the surprise inside. Very good.

This was an excellent choice. The hotel is beautiful inside (huge rooms and pretty courtyard) and the staff is extremely helpful. They offered suggestions for food, sight-seeing, and night life. They knew where everything was and how to get there (subway and buses). It looks like it should be a lot more expensive, but it wasn't.

Fantastic building (liberty)and extremely friendly staff always willing to help. Some rooms, due to the structure of the building could be a bit noisy i.e. that there is a communicating door between some rooms (completly safe and no possibilty to get from one room to another) that is not "sound proofed". I got as neighbours a couple who was on a honey moon trip I guess or very in love so you can guess what I mean ;-)) But apart from that just GREAT and highly appreciated
