This is a fantastic hotel. The location is great and close to everything you could want to see and do in central Brisbane. The rooms are huge and very clean and comfortable. The concierge and staff were super friendly and helpful without making you feel like it was over the top. We were staying for a special occasion and the hotel manager even gave us card and a complimentary bottle of wine for our stay. A very nice touch that just made the stay that little bit more special. Next time I'm back to Brisbane, at least I don't have to look around for accommodation any more, I know exactly where I'll be staying.

From the moment we walked in we knew this was a great choice, close to everything a visitor needs in Brisbane and as a bonus has huge, charming rooms. Will definitely recommend to all friends and family.

FROM ARRIVAL TO DEPARTURE WE COULD NOT FAULT THIS HOTEL THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL, VERY PLEASANT AND HAD ALL THE CARE AND INFORMATION YOU COULD ASK FOR. OUR CAR WAS LOOKED AFTER AND BROUGHT BACK AT THE AGREED TIME THE NEXT MORNING. THE DINING EXPERIENCE WAS ALSO OF THE SAME STANDARD THO THE DINING ROOM IS SOME WHAT OLD FASHIONED. ALL TOGETHER A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE..

Greatly enjoyed my stay here - staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great. Rooms were fabulous with lots of period character and high ceilings. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay - probably a bit pricey, but hard to fault. A unique property with olde-world furnishings and surrounds/decor beautifully restored. Certainly a special occasion choice.
