Always stay here but this time a little bit disappointed as we found a live cockroach in room and also we could not change the volume on the t.v. It was set at extra loud and neither the remote or actual tv volume control worked. Otherwise we always stay here because of the reasonable rates and proximity to city,

hello people yes youve probably guessed im a humble person with a title like that but to me yes i truely feel this hotel is wonderfull its the people the clean fresh air with no smoke anywhere in hotel its location is amazing bed not to hard or soft water pressure is just right and they give a good amount of tissue and toilet roll clean bedding and towels free soap shampoo etc what more could you want and very affordable

Near World Square Shopping Centre. Handy location to Central station and 2 minutes walk to museum Station

Great spot to take our Balinese foster son. Very safe. Needs reserved guest parking at the secure parking down the road.

We found the room to be adequate,but all the extra charges excessive. Such as WiFi $20 for 24 hours straight. Breakfast too expensive if you only want continental at $19 each.. Internet in Foyer very slow.Tried to start up a hotmail program,but didnt succeed 6 minutes later and gave up.At $3 for 30minutes far too much ,so had to go down the road to get computor working. No parking or loading/unloading area in front. We found the bed very hard,but they did have a microwave and sink,plus tea making facilities. Not the best place to stay except quite handy to Central station.
