I was pleasently surprised by our room. It was large and clean with a full kitchenette and bath. Much more than I expected for the price I paid. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful and our room was thoroughly cleaned each day.

ask for a none smoking room. the smell of smoke on the bed in the bed all over the room.left 6am would like my money back. ASAP

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was adequate. The beds were fine, the rooms were clean..and it was in a great location-on the same street as many great attractions. Got some great coupons from the front desk, which we used for almost everything we did. The towels were a little tough but all in all, not a bad stay.

Lighting in the room was very bright, similar to lighting found in a hospital or jail, there was a thick amount of dust noted right behind the bed, the armchair looked very unclean and outdated, we were afraid of what it may have been harboring...the in room refrigerator was also dirty... overall we just felt very unsafe in the room, the section of town was very dark -almost no lighting at night and run down with several vacant buidlings right around the hotel.. friendly check in clerk, but we just couldn't stay, we didn't feel safe at all... checked in and left about an hour later to another hotel..

This motel was all that we needed. It was clean, quiet, had fridge and microwave, iron and ironing board, blow dryer, cable and free internet, and was close to trolley stop. The owner even offered to call the trolley for pickup at the motel. It was very quiet and away from the busy downtown. Since this wasn't our first trip, we spent most of our time in the shoppes and dining.
