good price, and good location where you can catch a cab, bus, or any other trasportation. However, the room need some special attention on remodeling, and have more amenietes for the guest.

We needed a place to sleep and this place did the trick. Not a lot of extras here but the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The room was good, comfortable and cheap. The problem with this hotel is what goes on outside your room. The location is convenient but at the same time its in a less desirable part of Market St. Consequently the hotel seems to attract dodgey characters who seem to hang around in the car park. There is security but they obviously dont do a good job. I was woken by very frightening screaming at 5am one night, a crank phone call on another and someone trying to break my door down on another. I would go so far as to say that you stay here AYOR (at your own risk).

It is hard to rate this hotel as it's location is the main selling point. Just a warning that there is a charge for parking. Also, if you can get a room that is not on the ground floor (level 1) it would be better. You are quite exposed to the street life and you have some very interesting people walking by.
