Too high prices considering the overall confort level of the place. Conveniently located close to San Francisco Airport, this motel is only for people who need to spend a night before having their flight.

Arrived very late due to being delayed, hotel shuttle came and picked us up no problems. Check in staff were very nice and helpful. Room was basic but clean, good shower and comfy beds. No road noise at all. Breakfast on the other hand was not good, the room was tiny and packed - not enough seats. old fruit and no coffee left. We did not stay but rather picked up some on our journey. On the whole, this was a good stop off when we arrived at the airport before picking up our hire car the next day.

Lack of parking, but the walk did me good... Clean and minimal amenities.

...and within spitting distance of SFO. And had an IHOP next door. And free in-room Wi-Fi. But the shower area looked like it was going to shatter at any moment. The bed was comfortable, but the comforter had a noticeable rip in it. And the TV channel pickings were pretty slim. Then again, I just needed a bed and Wi-Fi for two nights. So if you're on a budget and not picky, it'll do.

This hotel is a nice place to stay. My husband and I just needed a room to sleep and shower while taking part in an event in the Cow Palace, and this hotel fit the bill. It is an older hotel and some of the rooms look a little worse for wear, but the beds were comfortable and we got a good nights sleep.

The hotel is very close to the airport, has a great free shuttle, room was clean and had good safety measures. Pretty decent breakfast in the morning too. What i most appreciated was the amazing staff. They were all super friendly and extremely helpful with my travel plans and questions. Perfect for a quick stay next to the airport.

The hotel room charge was prepaid. I was required to leave a credit card for any incidental charges. I had none when I checked out, however when I returned home my VISA cc shows a pending charge of $50 from this hotel. If this charge is added to my cc how can I be reimbursed?

Staff was rude and lazy. Tried to call several times from the airport and no answer. When the 'convenient' shuttle finally dropped us off, the front desk clerk was flipping through a magazine while the phone was ringing. Asked for a room with two beds, she said she would check, then apparently decided it was too much trouble. The room was reasonably clean, but very shabby. Many other hotels in the area that would be a better value. Stay somewhere else!

Please if anyone is considering this place don't do it !!! We stayed there on 11/20/11 and it was totally not worth it; it would have been better if we slept in our vehicle for the night. When we checked in we were told we had to put a $50 deposit on the room even though it was already prepaid and if we put it on the credit card it would be 3-5 days before we got the deposit back but was able to pay for with cash and got it back the following morning. But the problem was that no where did it mention there would be a $50 deposit. We get the to the our first room and we requested a "smoking room" and tried to call the office with the phone in the room and the phone didn't work so we had to go back to the office, they did switch us rooms but that is where all our troubles began. The new room (of smoking) the phone also didn't work, we were able to get it work once by slamming the phone down and getting a dial tone but than it went dead again. The vanity area of the floor was wet and damp and this was when we first came into the room so it wasn't because we took a shower or used the sink or anything. The outlet cover between the 2 beds was half broken and the wall was actually separating from it self. The door was not sealed properly so you were able to feel a draft coming into the room and able to see out through the gap between the door frame and door. The wood was rioting around the bath room door and from the ceiling area you could tell that there was sign of the roof leaking. The shower control just spun and so we got scalding hot water one moment to ice cold water the next since it just spun and spun. There was a safe in the room but we were not able to use it we weren't given the key, even though the safe was open (open but in lock position) and we weren't able to call the office since the phone didn't work and we were completely on the other side of the property. The hair dryer that they supplied the rooms with didn't work. The internet speed was a complete JOKE since it took 20-30 minutes to load one page and since my sister and I do online schooling and wasn't able to since the internet connection was so SLOW !! And the worst out of ALL of this was the mattresses; you were able to feel every metal rod and spring in the mattress. We were all not able to sleep well because you were not able to get comfortable. Also as we were unloading our vehicle and going up to our room a guest in a lower room as we walked by asked if we had any weed to give to him....ummm hello !!! Totally worse experience for all of us and we plan to notify the corporation of Travelodge and send the pictures we took of the our room and inform them of our terrible experience so maybe someone else doesn't have to go through what we went through.

Needed a hotel to stay in to catch a flight out of San Francisco the next morning. This was perfect, close to the airport, free shuttle to the airport available and a restaurant on the premises. It was also very easy to locate from the highway.

I arrived to the motel on Saturday evening and found the door to room 201 ajar. After turning on the lights, I felt safe knowing that no one else was in the room. I checked for the TV and Remote control, Iron, pillows, telephone, and cleanliness of the room. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone rang on and on, and I had to drive back to the lobby to report the problem. At the desk, I was told that probably the maid left the door ajar. The same thing happened to me once during my stay there. I thought I pulled the door shut and came back within five minutes and it was opened, so I do not blame the maid, the door should be checked The light in the sink room was out, I had to go back to the lobby to get someone to fix it. It was fixed. The Internet service was down for the entire stay. I complained to "Lito" at the desk and he told me to go to one of the hotels in the area and use their Business Room. The two front loading washing machines in the laundry room were out of order. I lost seventy-five-Cents, but it was returned to me. The second washing machine would not release the door after the wash was finished. It took an hour of frustration and attempts to get the door open. The manager was called and a sourly heavyset man with a thick accent tried to fix the machine. He became irritated while arguing with me about the hotel not being responsible for the washing and dryer machine. He told me to call the number on the machine. The manager of the motel, Nina, tried to call the service, and while that was going on, I shut the power off a few times, and that caused the machine to reset itself. The shower did not have a chair for disabled persons. A non-English speaking handyman as a stepladder was using it. He was the one that fixed the light. The shower did not have handles and on my last day there, I slipped and fell hard on the tiled floor. I hurt my left hand and banged my right knee, which I am nursing with ice. I did not report it, because I felt that it was useless, and I had to catch a flight back to Seattle. Would I stay there again? It may seem strange, but the occurrences were minor, except for the fall due to no handlebars in the shower, and the inter-net service not available. However, the staff's face to face customer care was attentive and hospitable. I was treated like was a VIP. The Director stated that she would refund on nights stay. Yes, I would probably choose to stay there again, because of its proximity to the Airport, the value fore a room, the attentiveness of the staff, and the security the hotel provided. However, the fact that the front desk does not respond to the calls from the room is a concern to me. What if there was an emergency? Lee Pinero
