Staff was friendly and efficient. Nice continental breakfast. Organic coffee in room with a coffee maker a nice touch. Walls seem thin and conversations from next door very easily heard. Quick drive to downtown Sausalito and to the city.

our room was fine it was a weird room but we were able to check in early and get a nap in before dinner.

The hotel was without knives for the breakfast. One guest told that the hotel has been without knives for the second consecutive day, and no employee took the initiative to go to the Safeway (located in the other side of the road) to purchase a pack of plastic knives...

good location in terms of the Marin headlands, sausalito and ease of access to SF (ferry, short drive, bus). Room was plain, on the drab side some highway noise and too bright inside from outside lighting and poor window coverings.

The hotel is clean and is conveniently located to Muir Woods and other SF sites. It is a basic room, no frills, but a good deal for the price.
