Travelodge Laguna Beach Guest Reviews
Loved the jungly feel to the courtyard. Very handy for visiting our relatives and even walking down to the beach, which is lit in the evening. The plumbing needs some work--the shower was alternately scalding or freezing, and the sink wouldn't stop dripping. The bed was comfortable.

I spent 2 days diving in Laguna. Each day, I would rinse my gear off and let it drip on a tarp I put on the front step of my room. I let the staff know that I had expensive gear out there and they included it in their security patrols and surveillance. When I put the gear away one night, the security called me up and asked if I forgot to inform them that I had put the gear away. They were on top of it and very professional.

The room had an unbelievable stench. An AC unit above the room flooded the office and the room I was in next to the office. THEN, is when our extra visitor made his entrance...A nice big fat RAT. The hotel staff was very nice and apologetic. They made arrangements for me to move to another facility they had just down the road....which was Great!
