The service provided by the day staff was good. I arrived at mid-day but the room wasn't ready. I was checked in and told I could leave my bags and collect the key to my room when I returned. When I returned at 8.30pm the night staff tried to put me into an unserviced, dirty room, only moving me when I said I'd leave and go elsewhere. Not a good experience, and I will not be returning.

The hotel and its location is good but make sure to call before you get there. We booked an extra bed but the hotel didn't have any. Though the service was good, they upgraded us to another room with bigger beds.

a good value hotel to choose for your trip . the hotel room is pretty spacious and clean . 2 twin beds were queen size beds which is great . the room was packed with microwave , coffee facility and fridge . however , they don't have breakfast . location is quite far from downtown , walkable in an hour . they do have shuttle service but it stops so early at 5 pm. in all , it is a very good value hotel .
