Room was great but needs more privacy. Very clean, well equiped, no smoking facility was the best! Would stay again if only spouse and I travel.

This was a real nice and clean hotel. This will be our new home away from home when in San Antonio.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good as was the social hour, enough food for dinner. Rooms were clean and everything was there including pots, pans, dishes, even a toaster. We ate most meals in the room, sandwiches, etc. Pool was clean and nice. One of the nicest hotel stays we have had. Son became very ill during stay and had to visit ER, staff was helpful in giving directions to nearest hospital and other places we wanted to visit.

Check in was a breeze. The staff was very eager to help with everything needed and was fast in doing so. Complimentary dinner is served Monday thru Thursdays and the free breakfast was fresh and had something for everyone. We were even able to make our own Texas shaped waffles which the kids loved. There is always fresh coffee and tea available in the lobby and the full kitchen in the room came in handy with 4 young children. Everything was very peaceful and easily accesible. The rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. There were perks we wouldn't even have thought of like the clock radio played soothing sounds(ie..babbling brooks). We are already planning a trip next year and we will definatley be staying here again.
