We ordered a familyroom with 2 double beds, and got 2 big double rooms with connecting doors. Perfect for family with 2 kids. Rooms have full kitchen with espresso machine and dishwasher. And the beds are the best I have ever tried in a hotel! :) Staff and service are personal and proffessional, and very helpful. We're coming back! :)

If you have business in the City in London, it's hard to beat this hotel. It is not on the well-traveled path, however, and if you are not comfortable in one of London's largely immigrant communities, it may not be for you. But look beyond that, and you will be treated to a hotel experience that usually comes with a much stiffer price. The kicker is the restaurant, which is absolutely superb. The other end of Bethnal Green Road is already home to pricey bistros and pretty people. With the quality of the staff, the service and the food, you should give the Town Hall a serious look. And if you go, ask them to show you round the original council chambers. This is a quality remodel of a listed historic building.

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff and great facilities - trendy East End without being too Shoreditch cool. Location in Bethnal Green won't suit everybody but it's only a few minutes from the Tube.

Gorgeous rooms, very relaxing. Reception staff rather abrasive and breakfast hall far too small to accommodate reasonable number of guests Generally very positive

Excellent hotel really love the rooms and very quiet. The beds are the best I have ever slept in for any hotel around the world.
