Location
Towers Of Chevron Renaissance is situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise and is only four kilometres from Southport Airport. While in the area, tourists can view interesting exhibits at Wax Museum and Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum.

Great location, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom really well appointed and spacious, fantastic views with 3 balconies. staff very friendly and helpful, fixed overnight power out in bedrooms within a couple of hours of reporting. Outdoor pool facilities all looked great but unfortunately closed most of the time because of incredibly bad weather. I would definately stay here again. Maybe take extra towels for pool etc as no daily room service and no towels provided at the pool.

Great location but the sign in the room dictates that the trash must be thrown away to avoid being charged, dishes must be in dishwasher and no dish washing liquid may be used in dishwasher yet they do not provide dish washing soap or tablets. Towels provided were threadbare and the tiny piece of soap offered only lasted 2 showers. These simple things made a great location seem chintzy.

Accessible, great location. However, the 4 lifts that are available is really annoying as the waiting time for 1 lift to arrive can be 15 to 20 mins wait. Aircon at lift waiting is bad and stuffy. Too many guests going up and down. Lift needs upgrading. Sofa seat is real itchy in apartment.

big promise of long saved up for holiday at a stunning hotel we thought, but ended up in worst room overlooking and hearing building site right in front of window.Staff not helpful and unmoved ,only offered relocation if paying extra. More than disappointed. never again.Lots of other hotels on your website with much better rooms, staff and value as experienced during our last three visits to the Gold Coast.

The room has great views and comfortable, however the poor manners from concierge will prevent us from choosing this hotel for our future Gold Coast holidays. On the first night of our stay, at 3:30am someone pressed our intercom and woke us all up. We answered the call and there's no one at the other end only music was heard. The following day we asked concierge what happened the answer was there must be people staying out late but have no code access to their room therefore they pushed any button to try to get into the building. Security in this hotel is a major concern.
