4 out of 5

Great location, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom really well appointed and spacious, fantastic views with 3 balconies. staff very friendly and helpful, fixed overnight power out in bedrooms within a couple of hours of reporting. Outdoor pool facilities all looked great but unfortunately closed most of the time because of incredibly bad weather. I would definately stay here again. Maybe take extra towels for pool etc as no daily room service and no towels provided at the pool.

Great location but the sign in the room dictates that the trash must be thrown away to avoid being charged, dishes must be in dishwasher and no dish washing liquid may be used in dishwasher yet they do not provide dish washing soap or tablets. Towels provided were threadbare and the tiny piece of soap offered only lasted 2 showers. These simple things made a great location seem chintzy.

Accessible, great location. However, the 4 lifts that are available is really annoying as the waiting time for 1 lift to arrive can be 15 to 20 mins wait. Aircon at lift waiting is bad and stuffy. Too many guests going up and down. Lift needs upgrading. Sofa seat is real itchy in apartment.

big promise of long saved up for holiday at a stunning hotel we thought, but ended up in worst room overlooking and hearing building site right in front of window.Staff not helpful and unmoved ,only offered relocation if paying extra. More than disappointed. never again.Lots of other hotels on your website with much better rooms, staff and value as experienced during our last three visits to the Gold Coast.

The room has great views and comfortable, however the poor manners from concierge will prevent us from choosing this hotel for our future Gold Coast holidays. On the first night of our stay, at 3:30am someone pressed our intercom and woke us all up. We answered the call and there's no one at the other end only music was heard. The following day we asked concierge what happened the answer was there must be people staying out late but have no code access to their room therefore they pushed any button to try to get into the building. Security in this hotel is a major concern.

We were given a room in the Central tower facing the hinterland, okay nothing spectacular. The room itself was furnished okay, not luxury though (as per the hotel's website#. The negatives: The shower screen was old-fashioned and filthy. There was chipped tiles in the bathroom and the toilet seat was so old it had turned yellow. The carpet in the apartment filthy, stained everywhere and the edges were brown rather than the cream it previously was. The walls in the kitchen were splattered with grease and food. We had to put the oven tray and rack into the dishwasher before we used it as it still had someones' food on it. In a wardrobe a child's lolly had been left on the shelf in the wardrobe and it had melted all over the shelf. #need to download pictures and then I will attach later if possible# The hotel is in a decent location in relation to the surrounding amenities, however it also backs onto a very busy road and a neighbouring nightclub. We were woken each night by screaming adults leaving said nightclub and this was with the doors and windows shut due to the noisy traffic. The positives: Parking is free and I felt happy leaving my car in the park. The hotel is close to amenities #restaurants, food shopping, short walk to beach, etc#. The hotel has nice pools. The trip itself was lovely, sadly spoilt by the hotel choice but we are back on the gold coast in 4 weeks for another break - I won't be making the mistake of booking this hotel again. As an aside we have stayed in many 4 star hotels and higher in Australia, US, Europe and the Caribbean - this hotel seriously doesn't deserve anything higher than 3 stars.

Was better than expected as a few reviews said about cleanliness but we found a lovely clean modern room with everything we needed and in a handy location.

Excellent location and facilities but just can't get past the fact that the carpet was stained and dirty and there was a good layer of thick grey dust at the carpet edge. Bad sign, when your son has a dust mite allergy! Tried to vacuum it up, but the vacuum had very poor suction and couldn't fix it. A staff member came with a survey and was told about the lack of cleanliness and nothing was done about it. The shower screen was dirty and bath tub cracked. The sealant was black with mould in places. Would never stay there again... in need of renovation or at least a good clean!

For the most part, it was a great holiday, as the pools were fantastic and the location was unreal. The only problem I have is that when I first booked through you, there was an option to request a portable cot and it said nothing about costing anything extra but when my husband went to check out, they charged him an extra $50 and I believe that was unfair as it was never discussed that it would cost extra money, even when we got to the room, there was no cot so I rang the front desk and she said she would organise but no mention of any extra money was told to me.

My family spent four nights in a two-bedroom apartment in this hotel. The hotel location is perfect and the rooms are quite big and clean. However this complex is huge ad not easy to find your way out. The lift is quite slow, one morning we had to wait for >10 minuests for level 7 to ground floor. There was no service at all, not enough shampoo and conditioning provided. Overally it is a good holiday apartment with family

Staff very helpful. We were unexpectedly upgraded from a 1br. unit (Paid for) to a 2br. unit (without extra cost) and it was lovely. We just had a few minor issues with some design factors of the unit. It was nice and peaceful, quiet. 1st time away from family in over 8 years. The things we wanted to do this time were within walking distance of the unit and that was nice. No taking the car out and finding the way back again through the traffic chaos.
