Fabulous hotel, right on the beach on Porto Santo - nobody told us it was a different island to Madeira so beware! but oh so worth it in the end. lovely!

A perfect small hotel in a fantastic location. Porto Santo is a dry and dusty island, which we didn't like that much, but the beach is a piece of heaven on earth, and was just a few seconds walk from our spacious bedroom. Everywhere was very clean and tidy including the pool, and all the staff were most polite and helpful. We went in October, which is much cheaper than in high season, and also meant that we had the idyllic beach to ourselves on some days! We ate in their seafront cafe, which was of a good standard, but more expensive than on mainland Madeira - However, it was worth the extra for the view! We were very sad to leave!
