Location
Less than half an hour from the airport, guests at the Torre Del Mar are within easy reach of the ferry port which travels to some of the island's other beaches such as Cala Conta and Cala Bassa, as well as a little further a field to the island of Formentera.

Spotlessly clean, very good reception staff who called a doctor out for my unwell child. We had a room at the back of the hotel but on the beach end so we had a sea view from the balcony. The pool and garden area is lovely, right on the sea front. Breakfast was fine. The food for dinner is expensive in the restaurant and not particularly child friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet hotel a bit off the beaten track in Playa den Bossa. Offers all the essentials of a 4 star hotel. Nice if you are looking for a quiet getaway from the clubbing masses. Lots of middle aged and older people. Breakfast was great...if you can make it downstairs by 10am! Dinner was expensive if you didnt have the buffet. Not for clubbers. Not for yougsters looking to make friends and meet people.

The hotel is a bit old and the beach is not that great. It's rocky in general and the marina is blocking the swiming area. Also the pool is quit small and the children make it too noisy. We had to go to a different beach everyday, which made the hotel overpriced!

The facilities in this hotel are very outdated. The front desk staff is very unwelcoming, unfriendly and not helpful at all. The cleaning staff cleans too early in the morning and is very noisy. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear every move made by your neighbors above you and beside you. On a brighter note, the location is good for those who do not want to be in the middle of all the nightclub crowds and chaos, and the pool area is very nice.

It was a fantastic hotel, perfectly located between all the hot spots. We never paid more than 10 Euro's for a cab ride. The pool was awesome, and the beach was even better. I'll be staying here again next year!
