The Top of the Mark needs a refurb!

building really needs to be refurbished, appartments have a dirty feel to them. I guess you get what you pay for.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place is only good for knocking down or drunken louts. It is close to everything but forget about sleep with nightclubs and bands all night. It was so dirty that we had to wash our hands after touching everything and the floors - DISCUSTING! Nothing worked, not even most lights. With 2 young kids it was a holiday wrecking experience.

Excellent location right in the centre of Surfers, but surprisingly quiet. Close to public transport. Huge apartment with good facilities and a nice deck area. Older style with the common areas looking a little tired. Good value for money.
