The service staff at the counter are not very helpful and not as friendly as other hotels I've stayed. There are no restaurants or food places except the 2 expensive hotel restaurants below it though it is near the subway.

We arrived, our baggage did not. No problem,our room was equipped with all our toiletry needs, along with kimonos and slippers. Trouser press, fridge, washlet (super loo!) all included. Big beds (twin) but poor for long stay, no wardrobes, just hooks on the wall. Good east/west breakfast.
