Overall stay was ok except had problem with the door key every night. had to go back to counter to reset which was tiresome after a long day out. and limited universal adaptor available to guests.

The hotel was chosen because I attended an event in the Tokyo Big Sight. Bit expensive when thinking about the level.

Compare with other japanese hotel, hotel staff are not very friendly. Do ask for return booking of disneyland as the staff will not tell you you need booking for return. Rates are good, however, take note there are no breakfast vouchers given.
