WARNING The staff at this hotel runs a credit card scam in conjunction with taxi drivers, I have been a victim to this and would not advise anyone to stay there. The manager was informed, refunded us in cash for the scam just to get us out of the way, and went back and charged our card again - the staff here are cold blooded criminals -be aware. What a shame that a trip to Brazil had to end with such an experience.

I was very happy with my stay in the hotel, especially the staff by the front desk, they arranged (on short notice) to have my room all decorated in honor of our anniversary. it was very nice!
