Check-in was fast and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning did not work so it was too hot. Having to pay €10 extra for internet access (24 hours) on top of a fairly high price for an ordinary room is not good value for money. No mention of this in the hotel description, and internet access is normally included for better class hotels today. Paying extra for breakfast is not worth the expense. Summary: normal good service but not what I expect for a 4* hotel, and not good value for money.

Where to start.....Whilst the rooms were nice (cosy as my girlfriend put it) the room we initially had, had 2 separate single duvets of bigger concern was the amount you could hear from next door. They weren't being particularly noisy but the walls were paper thin. The TV not working apart from channel 2 exacerbated the problem. Tea that was not normal (ie lemon tea) again so. The site came up that the room was originally £599.

We didn't feel it gave value for money. Very small room for a 4 star hotel!
