"staff at reception were dreadful and so slow-they couldnt find our reservation, despite the fact the hotel bill had already been debited from my credit card they tried to charge us again,insisting as we had booked over the internet we couldn't have already been charged and then kept us waiting two hours till 2 p.m for a room to be cleaned despite the fact we were soaking wet - not only that but the bar and resturaunt didnt open till 5- so there was no where to wait.It is a disgrace that this hotel is on any recommended list"

"Was there for 3 nights No mini bar = no mineral water or juice. For soem reason, not the same type of services offered at each floor. Breakfast OK."
