Location
Thon Hotel is ideally situated less than two kilometres from the Bergen Airport Flesland. During recreation, visitors can cheer on football teams at Brann Stadion or travel to Gamlehaugen and admire the architecture of the mansion and stroll around the park.

Nothing to eat if you arrive late at night. Avoid the smoking rooms which are located lower than the receptions level because one can easily feel the moisture present on the walls. Close to the airport but far from Bergen center. Buses run (May) every 45 minutes.

An excellent hotel but a bus or taxi ride from the Airport so not ideal when arriving late at night.

was overall pleased with the hotel, the room was comfortable. was disappointed the hotel shuttle bus to/ from the airport is not available on a regular basis through out the day eg hourly. airport hotels we have stayed at in the past usually have this service at least hourly. think this would be an advantage if this service was improved.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and pleasant & restaurant was good. Service was good. Gmy was a dissappointment. A couple more cycling machines and perhaps a running machine would go a long way. Also, update the direction we drove up and down the road several time looking for the Rainbow hotel which has now changed its name!
