I was only coming through London for one night for a meeting. The hotel was perfect, location, room size, and staff attentiveness. A great value for the money.

At the moment this hotel is discounted at least 30% due to refurbishment works at the hotel. I chose the hotel originally because of the location. It's a great location next to Trafalgar Square for exploring central London. On checking in, I was informed that there could be noise in the day during the refurbishment works. To be honest the only works I could see were going on were in reception and I could not hear anything from the hotel room. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are very nice and clean. The executive room is a good size for central London with a very large double bed. Very good value. The staff were friendly and efficient. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a good location.

I chose this hotel for its location, however on arrival I was disappointed as the room was very small and the sir conditioner made too much nosie to be able to sleep with it on. I travel a lot on business around teh world and sadly I would not recommend this hotel
