- NOTICE: Upon Check In: All guests are required to produce a passport or photo identification upon check in. The York By Swiss-Belhotel will obtain a pre-authorisation of $50/night on a credit card to cover incidental charges. If paying by cash or debit card, The York by Swiss-Belhotel will request $500.00 - $1000.00 security bond (to cover incidental charges). The bond is fully refundable on check out if not utilised.
- Special Conditions Policy over the new year period: Over the New Year period 28 December 2012 - 03 January 2013, we have a minimum 5 night stay policy in all apartments with payment due at time of booking.

My family and I needed an inner-city location for me to attend a course and for the family to have access to entertainment and amenities within walking distance. The hotel location was perfect, and the facilities in the room sufficient for the purpose. However, the upkeep of the furnishings was lacking, the shower dripped and the fridge was old and inefficient. Overall it was adequate and we had a good time.

Great spot..so close to everything! Apartments a little outdated but fantastic showers! It was pretty noisy all night being so close to harbour bridge, but would be better if on a higher floor.

We were very happy, the apartment was beautiful!! Extremely clean and tidy. We were in walking distance to everything. Thankyou very much.
