Firstly, I am not sure where they got the pictures of the hotel for the ads or their website - no corrolation on that one. Be warned, valet parking is the only option, and they charge $25 per night for that, not a bargain ! Also, the hotels and the rooms are fairly outdated, and while everything does work, you have to question the value for money when staying there.

On the outside, it looked great. Good location (if you need to be in downtown), beautifully decorated lobby and banquet floors. However as you go up to the rooms, it will feel more like your run of the mill Best Western. Meaning they're clean but pretty basic, well worn, may have a weird smell, and some door or sink handles will feel like they're about to fall off. Hot water is REALLY FAST and HOT. No Microwaves/Refrigerators available. Falsely advertised wireless internet only works in the lobby, and near the elevators (sometimes). Wired internet isn't in every room (we changed rooms a couple of times because of the connectivity issues. This means that there will be a ton of Koreans hanging around in the lobby using their devices, so good luck trying to find a seat. Mandatory valet parking is the standard $25 for downtown areas in LA. Staff was patient and helpful. View for the north side facing rooms willl be excellent, you can clearly see the hollywood hills/sign. View in the rooms that face south are nothing spectacular.

Popcorn ceiling water mark everywhere, tv without remote control, overall it's terrible!

The room have no heating facilities, it get cold at night. The hotel is stay is comfortable and value for money. The Location is good for us to move around LA via Metro.
