"great hotel. room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to friends. Only problem was the distance to Galway city center. It was at least a 20-30 minute walk, so taxis added up."

"Stayed for 3 nights... the first 2 nights were perfect. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was really friendly and efficient. Really easy to get to the center of the town from the hotel. The breakfast was a bit disappointing for a 4* hotel, which was nowhere near a continental breakfast, plus service was bad, the staff wasn't nice at all. In the last night, there was a big party going on at the Hotel conference room and it seems that they forgot that some of the guests payed to have some rest, instead I had listen to loud noise beyond 1 a.m. which I find a little lack of respect for the other guests. In the following morning we were waken up several times by the fire alarm, my girlfriend got quite scare... and at the breakfast we had to order twice and wait for 20 minutes for them to bring some cold French toasts and coffee. Still I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
