Hotel is showing its age and is in need of renovation but is still acceptable. Big surprise was that if you book through a 3rd party such as this website, breakfast is NOT INCLUDED!! We did not know this as this was not discolsed beforehand and ended up shelling over forty bucks for breakfast when we were presented w/ the bill after our meal. Due to that I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel at all!

Super clean rooms but there weren't any refrigerators or microwaves in them. Ironing board is tiny and Internet isn't free, unless you're an AT&T customer. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service was kind of pricey but it was still good. It was a short drive, about 7 minutes away from the metro station, which is very convenient. No free breakfast which is usually offered at the cheap hotels.

Very pleasant hotel. The staff is friendly, the room was roomy, the bed really is amazingly comfortable, the shower was the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Also, flat screen TV. And the exercise room is good, with Precor equipment, a Precor cable machine and free weights.

I was pleasantly surprised with the interior of the hotel. Very nice renovation! Modern, clean and comfortable hotel lobby and room. The hotel is located near major highways and Tyson's malls. Metro station to downtown DC is only minutes away. We're happy with the stay.

We appreciated the amenities, the cleanliness, warm staff, and overall attention to detail...They made you feel right at home..The accommodations were fantastic. We love it there and are planning to go back there next month.

The renovations included everything except the concrete! Great location, easy access and the rooms and lobby were new and fresh. We would go back readily when in that area again. Restaurant for breakfast was disappointing as the only choice offered was the buffet, with little staff interaction and then the bill for 4 was $75! I'll go back but not to the restaurant.

We arrived a little bit before our check in time and were still allowed in our room. We had booked a queen bed and were upgraded to a king for no extra cost.. who wouldn't mind that! Everything was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. The view out of our window was a little less than desirable but we were only there for a wedding so we didn't mind much. I would definitely stay there again!

Very nice hotel with clean and modern rooms (flat TV, Westin Heavenly Bed...). It´s a 20 minute drive to Washington DC. The area around the hotel is not very spectacular though.

Very good value - loved the modern furnishings and plasma TV. My only gripe was that the pillows weren't that comfortable.

Very good hotel for the price. Feels like a 5 star hotel. 1 unpleasent surprise was that breakfast is not included in price! Over all very good hotel for the price in the Washington metropolitan area.
